The Silver Ball is like giving yourself a deep-tissue massage and allows you to give individual attention to your muscles. The Pearl Ball is like giving yourself a Swedish massage and allows you to work more fragile areas like your chest and abdominal areas. Please don’t be mistaken though, harder is not always better, and you can feel a deeper release with the Pearl Ball. The balls come deflated, and so you will need a pump. The pump also allows you to flatten the balls, so when you can travel again, you can take your YBR balls with you.

The Gold Ball is the starting ball and supports body weight with a softer tension and more “give”. I use this ball for sideline and breath work. The Gold Ball is recommended if you have Fibromyalgia, Osteoporosis or are rehabilitating an injury. The Silver Ball is like giving yourself a deep-tissue massage and allows you to provide individual attention to your muscles. The Pearl Ball is like giving yourself a Swedish massage and allows you to work more fragile areas like your chest and abdominal regions. Please don’t be mistaken though, harder is not always better, and you can feel a more profound release with the Pearl Ball. The Black Balls allow you to get into those tighter areas like the hips, the calves, and the shoulders. The balls come deflated, and so you’ll need the ball pump. The pump also allows you to collapse the balls, so when you can travel again, you can take your YBR balls with you.
